Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the unused vaporizer and all original accessories in the original box to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Ship to DaVinci

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package to our inspection center, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
